Pisco Sour

Ingredients

• 2 - Egg (whites)
• 3 - Lemon(s) (Peruvian)
• 10 gram(s) Sugar
• 10 cube(s) Ice (little cubes)
• 2-3 oz Peruvian Pisco
• 3-4 drop(s) Angostura Bitters

Instructions

In blender mix the albumin (egg whites) and lemons juice. Add sugar, ice cubes and pisco. Mix again. Pour into a cocktail glass with Angostura bitters (drops) or cinnamon (dust).
